webEDI is a very cheap solution for the small EDI need. You can use webEDI to receive EDI orders and send EDI invoices to your customers. There is a setup fee of $200 for each documentype for each customer. The setup fee covers mapping the EDI document and getting approval for the format from your business partner. The running costs are $40 a month and $0,50 per EDI file you send or receive.
